In 16 years with Omega Performance, a global financial consulting and training firm, Darla helped improve credit analysis skills and sales results for several organizations including Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Darla was formerly Vice President at Bankers Trust New York in the World Corporate Group and Commercial Banking Officer at First Chicago where she held business development and account management responsibilities for Fortune 1000 and middle market client relationships. She was also Principal and co-founder of Beyond Quota LLC a consulting firm specializing in sales improvement, negotiations, coaching and presentation skills.

Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Her undergraduate degree is in marketing and finance from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Darla lives in Chicago suburb Hinsdale with husband Randy and son Rand. |
